Methods of Charging
Two charging methods are available:
- Manual
- Using SBC
The Battery Charging screen is only available if one SBC unit or more are present.
Battery Charging Screen
- The Battery Charging Screen displays the status of all SBCs connected to the warehouse.
- The SBC rows are divided into 12 columns, each indicating the status of the battery inserted in the slot.
- A flashing battery indicator indicates the battery with the highest capacity in the charging station.
- Each Station ID can be clicked to view the event log of the selected SBC unit.
SBC Log Screen
The SBC Log Screen displays a detailed status log of the SBC charging slots for troubleshooting and monitoring purposes.

2 | Station ID | Identification number of the SBC unit. |
3 | Slot ID | Battery slot number in the SBC unit. |
4 | Battery Inserted | Indicates if a battery is inserted. |
5 | Battery ID | Identification number of the battery in slot, if inserted. |
6 | SOC | Displays State of Charge (SOC) or battery percentage. |
7 | Battery Type | Type of battery in the slot:

8 | Time of Insertion | The time a battery was inserted if present. |
9 | Time of Extraction | Not in use. |
10 | Time at Steady Voltage State | Displays the time at which the charging profile reached a constant voltage charge. |
11 | Time at Full Charge | Displays the time the battery reached full charge. |
12 | Time at 49 V | Displays the time the battery reached 49 V. |
13 | Time at 50 V | Displays the time the battery reached 50 V. |
14 | Capacity between 49 to 50 V | Displays the capacity that was charged between 49 to 50 V. |
15 | Start Voltage | Displays the initial battery voltage when battery was inserted into the slot. |
16 | End Voltage | Displays the battery voltage when it is full. |
17 | Steady Voltage Stage Voltage | Displays voltage when the battery reached constant voltage. |
18 | Avg Temperature | Displays the average temperature of the battery while charging. |
19 | Capacity Charged | Displays battery capacity charged during the charging process. |
20 | Last Error | Displays the last error that occurred during the charge, if any. |
